I guess the best way to describe my first week, is to start with the name, Polymorph. If you Google the meaning, you will find something in the line of: “an organism or inorganic object or material that takes various forms”.
And this is exactly what my first week was like. I was thrown in the deep end, and I loved it. My first day, and I was already brainstorming with clients. I had to adapt, change my form. I went from brainstorming, into research, into design, and back to brainstorming again, soaking up as much knowledge and experience as I could. Not only did I learn basic principals in UX, design and many other things, but also how to make the greatest cup of coffee in the world.
Polymorph is not your run-of-the-mill company. It is a freethinking and creative environment, which strives to adapt and better itself. Not only to keep the clients happy, but also the employees. I’ve only been here a week, and I already feel like part of the family. As far as I am concerned, this is a great opportunity for me, and a great company to work at.
